Who is Big Horn Café in Radium Hot Springs?

Our Location has been a coffee house since 2002 (you may remember the Meet on Higher Ground coffee shop that occupied the space previously) and the new Bighorn Café carries on the legacy of bringing great coffee to Radium Hot Springs, BC.

With a passionate new owner, Carleen Campbell, the location has been totally rebranded and renovated into a rustic-chic gathering place that is welcoming and warm, but trendy and modern too. Carleen brings incredible energy, passion and business acumen to the café. She has been coming to Columbia valley for close to 25 years, and is enthusiastic about everything our area offers – skiing, biking, hiking, golf and the serenity that the mountains bring to a person. These mountains have a way of helping us figure out our life’s next steps and help to create great memories with existing friends, and new ones too.

Featuring all new coffee-making equipment, and top-of-the-line beans, Carleen has brought the city ‘feel’ to the backcountry, and seamlessly merges the two. Embracing the history of the area, she has brought in many local products; whether it is Douglas Fir Furniture, coffee and tea, or other unique boutique items, there something different for everyone to enjoy. But most importantly she has cultivated an inviting environment for someone to enjoy a book or search the internet for the next part of their journey.

Carleen is committed to bringing quality coffee to Radium – we invite you to come by and enjoy your first cup!

Our mandate is to provide you with the best cup of coffee and tea – using 49th Parallel Coffee beans and loose leaf teas from Vancouver.
